4. Ordering Products

When you place an order via the Site, you are making an offer to purchase Alpha Drive at the stated price. A contract is formed when we confirm your order (by telephone call or confirmation message). Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT. Free delivery applies to all UK mainland orders.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, where we cannot verify delivery details or where a fraudulent transaction is suspected). In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are fixed and inclusive of VAT. We do not apply time-limited promotional pricing. The price shown at the time you submit your order is the price you will pay.

Payment methods are confirmed at the order processing stage. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms. Please see our Refund Policy for the full procedure. In summary: you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to cancel and return your order.
